Dear Member,

We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Petteys Park would like to thank you for your past patronage and we look forward to having you as a Member again in 2022.

In addition to your patronage and the oversight of the Brush Parks and Recreation Department, we also owe a great debt of gratitude to the Joslin Needham and Jack Petteys Foundations for their very generous donations that help to make our Club the best 9-hole facility in the region. As the Club moves into its 8th year of ownership by the City of Brush we look forward to continuing to improve and make your experience the best it can be.

Grounds Department –

The grounds-keeping crew’s hard work and devotion have resulted in great course conditions and playing surfaces for us to enjoy. New machines have been purchased that ensure our Grounds Department is working with the best possible tools, and a new building will be constructed at the maintenance yard to house the equipment and keep it in top condition.

Golf Department –

The fleet of new Yamaha carts has been a great addition to the comfort of playing and the addition of 2 new restrooms on the course last year were a great upgrade. Your favorite leagues and tournaments will be back in 2022 and promise to be fun and competitive. The Golf Shop will be stocked with new merchandise for both Gentlemen and Ladies, and full golf club repair and fitting is available.

Course Café and Lounge –

Restaurant Manager Kris Navarrete and her fantastic staff in the Course Café will continue to treat us with delicious food from the kitchen and welcome you with their bright smiles. The patio deck overlooks holes #1, #3, and #9 and is a fantastic spot to have dinner, share a drink, and watch friends as they play the game we all share and love in common.

Membership –

Petteys Park is an asset to our small community, and we aim to maintain it as an affordable and enjoyable experience for anyone to play golf. Membership prices will remain the same this year as last but there will be a 10% discount if you purchase before March 1st. As always, the more Members we have the more successful the Club will be. We encourage our past Members to share enthusiasm with others regarding the continuing improvements evident at our Course and Club and how much enjoyment they derive from playing and being a part of the Club.

Annual Memberships at Petteys Park make up a large percentage of support that keep our facility the gem that it is in our region. We value your patronage and commitment to our Club and hope you will take this opportunity to renew your annual Membership for 2022. All Membership plans are effective when purchased for the calendar year and availability ends April 1, 2022. Please visit our new website at petteyspark.com and take time to review our Membership options. Thank you for your support of Petteys Park Golf Club. If you have any questions regarding Membership, please contact General Manager Carson Henry at the Golf Shop (970.542.5470) or email at chenry@brushcolo.com.

Have a great winter, and we look forward to seeing you in 2022!

Sincerely,

Petteys Park Staff and the City of Brush Parks and Recreation Department
